Force pipenv to use Charles Proxy

  1. Export charles-ssl-proxying-certificate.pem from Charles Proxy
  2. REQUESTS_CA_BUNDLE=/path/to/charles-ssl-proxying-certificate.pem pipenv {cmd} {args}
