Extract the contents of the zip file to a directory of your choice 
(you only actually need BettingSystem.jar - the rest is included 
for interest only).

To run the program (Java must be in your PATH but it will be):

In an MS-DOS prompt window type:

java -jar <dir you extracted to>\BettingSystem.jar <odds> <odds> ...

For example:

java -jar c:\bet\BettingSystem.jar 7/2 6/1 .5
